It is interesting what we left out of the blog and what in hindsight becomes the narrative of the book. Thanks for your comment, we wish more people would eat rabbit and less hoof and horn.Artist as Familyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01000057566127487240noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5068486315338288419.post-56749805523688398652014-03-23T12:09:30.785+11:002014-03-23T12:09:30.785+11:00Hi AaF,

I was so interested to meet you and hear your story - I realised later that casting an eye over your map with you might have been more helpful! Anyway, I'm enjoying reading your blog heaps. The rabbit story made me laugh - police protecting rabbits! It reminded me of when there were too many rabbits at Terrigal headland "The Skillion" a few years back and a cull was organised .. some people had a small protest to try to 'save the rabbits'.
Safe ridingAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5068486315338288419.post-50818769689161988862014-03-21T07:37:28.109+11:002014-03-21T07:37:28.109+11:00thanks sally, we had explored a few of those sites...thanks sally, we had explored a few of those sites/publications but others not, so we will investigate. you're absolutely right about being out of the main centres and away from the coast, we've found the same thing.Artist as Familyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01000057566127487240noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5068486315338288419.post-29193512294832608312014-03-21T07:28:23.061+11:002014-03-21T07:28:23.061+11:00thanks for saying alex.thanks for saying alex.Artist as Familyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01000057566127487240noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5068486315338288419.post-57005281767099155522014-03-21T07:26:35.845+11:002014-03-21T07:26:35.845+11:00hi family, thanks for the birthday cheer. we'r...hi family, thanks for the birthday cheer. we're in kempsey at the moment on the way to south west rocks and then on to belligen. have a wonderful dharma fair. xxArtist as Familyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01000057566127487240noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5068486315338288419.post-67532930595322900582014-03-21T07:18:44.525+11:002014-03-21T07:18:44.525+11:00thanks so much Ness, we're getting closer to y...thanks so much Ness, we're getting closer to you guys and we're so looking forward to hanging out with you. xxArtist as Familyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01000057566127487240noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5068486315338288419.post-32212285459244086952014-03-19T11:08:41.685+11:002014-03-19T11:08:41.685+11:00Hi Guys, just a quick note to say good on you and ...Hi Guys, just a quick note to say good on you and keep going. I only found out about you after you travelled through our area. (Wyong) on the Central Coast. We also enjoy getting out in the bush but as we are now older and with a few disabilities resort to car and van. We try and bush camp too as the pension doesn't take into account $40 per night campsites. When we were younger with 4 children and a tent this was the only way we were able to get away for a break. Sadly, time and people's attitudes have changed along with certain Council and government rules and laws. I don't know whether you are aware of a few web sites and publications that may help you in your quest to find sites to camp and not be bothered by the authorities and/or property owners that could make it difficult for you.
The Travellers Bible; Camps Australia wide. A poem from Layman Pang, a Chinese property holder who became concerned about the danger of material wealth, he and his wife loaded their possessions onto a boat and sunk them in the river. Following this he and his family lived an itinerent life, making bamboo utensils and visiting Buddhist monastries.

My daily activities are not unusual,
I'm just naturally in harmony with them,
Grasping nothing, discarding nothing..
Supernatural power and marvellous activity-
Drawing water and carrying firewood.
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13604908217094012148noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5068486315338288419.post-52091299774703949832014-03-18T16:13:19.186+11:002014-03-18T16:13:19.186+11:00I love you guys ;-)I love you guys ;-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
